Our Approach
Our supported employment and community-based day services are built on a personalized coaching approach, tailored to each individual’s needs both at work and in the community. We recognize that everyone has unique challenges and strengths that contribute to their overall success. We also use a combination of assessments and exercises to identify each person’s goals and develop a clear roadmap for achieving them.
